These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MomentumX’s cloud, edge, and related infrastructure services (“Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
MomentumX (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a cloud infrastructure provider operating under the domain momentumx.cloud, headquartered in Dubai, UAE.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
MomentumX provides virtualized computing, networking, and storage infrastructure through its private cloud and edge platforms. All Services are provisioned based on the specifications defined at the time of order.
We may update or enhance our Services periodically. Significant changes will be announced in advance via our website or client portal.
• Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account. • Account credentials are confidential and may not be shared outside the customer’s organization. • Customers are responsible for any activity performed through their accounts. • MomentumX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.
Customers agree not to use the Services for: • Hosting or distributing illegal, harmful, or infringing content. • Sending spam, DDoS attacks, or engaging in network abuse. • Running mining operations or cryptocurrency nodes without written approval. • Interfering with or compromising other users’ systems or data. MomentumX may suspend or terminate Services immediately if such violations occur.
• All billing is governed by the prices and currency selected at checkout.
• Payment terms are typically monthly or annual, depending on the service plan.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Service credits or refunds are only issued in accordance with our SLA at /SLA.
• Customers retain full ownership of their data hosted on MomentumX infrastructure. • MomentumX will not access, modify, or disclose customer data except when required by law or for legitimate support and maintenance activities. • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a managed backup service is purchased. Our infrastructure complies with applicable data residency and privacy regulations in each region (Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Riyadh, Cairo).
Service uptime and performance are governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) available at /SLA. Planned maintenance or emergency updates may temporarily affect availability; such events are communicated in advance when possible.
MomentumX provides multilingual support (Arabic, English, French) 24/7 through our client portal and email. Support response times vary based on severity, as detailed in the SLA.
MomentumX may suspend or terminate an account: • For non-payment after 14 days past due, • For breach of these Terms, • Or if required by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, customer data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise requested.
MomentumX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, profit loss, or downtime beyond SLA credits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected Service during the previous billing month.
MomentumX may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new services or compliance requirements. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
