MomentumX is committed to maintaining a secure and trusted cloud and edge environment for all customers. We take any form of abuse seriously, including network misuse, illegal activity, or security threats that affect our infrastructure or users. This policy outlines how abuse cases are reported, reviewed, and resolved by our compliance team.
The following activities are considered violations of MomentumX’s Acceptable Use Policy and may result in immediate suspension or termination:
• Hosting or distributing illegal content (e.g., copyrighted, fraudulent, or malicious files).
• Launching or participating in DDoS attacks, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data (hacking).
• Hosting content that promotes violence, hate speech, or criminal activity.
• Using MomentumX services to attack or disrupt third-party networks.
If you believe any service hosted on MomentumX infrastructure is being used for abuse, please report it immediately.
To report abuse:

Include the following details:
• A clear description of the issue.
• IP address, domain name, or URL involved.
• Relevant timestamps and log evidence (if available).
• Your contact information for follow-up.
Anonymous reports are accepted but may limit our ability to investigate fully.
Once an abuse report is received:
1. The MomentumX compliance team reviews the report within 24 hours.
2. If the issue is confirmed, appropriate measures are taken — including suspension or restriction of the offending account.
3. The customer is notified with details of the violation and next steps.
4. In severe or repeated cases, MomentumX may involve law enforcement or relevant authorities.
We aim to resolve most abuse reports within 2 business days, depending on the severity.
Customers are responsible for: • Ensuring that their users, applications, and hosted content comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. • Monitoring usage and preventing unauthorized or malicious activity within their environments. • Cooperating with MomentumX’s investigation process in good faith. Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
MomentumX cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities when legally required. We comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws in all such cases, ensuring that any disclosure of data is lawful and proportionate.
